Seitokai no Ichizon - Self-referential meta anime full with references and girls sitting around doing stuff. There’s literally no plot besides they’re in the student council and don’t know what to do. Hell yeah could this be the true Lucky Star season 2? (Except if the comic relief character gets his harem in the last episode I’m gonna drop it) (yes dropping it on the last episode hurf) (Aka-chan end wheeeere she’s awesome) (Minatsu’s wedding dress out of nowhere scene was great too!) (parenthetic statements!)

To Aru Kagaku no Railgun - Fuck yes so this girl shoots lasers thru ESP mindh4x or someshit. And there’s this other girl keeps calling her onee-chan and jumping on her. Yay all girls schools. Then there’s two other girls who have been introduced for this spinoff to complete the quartet (yessss K-On!’d)
Btw I didn’t watch index, and from the couple episodes I did watch to prepare myself for this, it doesn’t look relevant to my interests. (says the Shana fan. Shana~ <3)

Kämpfer – Suddenly this dude is a girl. He was chosen for this thing where people fight each other and all participants must be female in their fighting forms. What I really liked about this series (besides the ridiculous fanservice???) is that they literally use the “dunnolol” excuse to explain why they fight. Why bother making up an unrealistic ridiculous plot eh?
Ps. One wrong move or forced drama and I’ll drop it I’m warning you! Won’t make the mistake of finishing it thru like I did with Princess Lover

Nogizaka Haruka no Himitsu - Okay not really a fall show (season 1), but I saw the second season’s first ep on TT, the name sounded er… interesting, so I asked me homies about it. Downloaded the series, watched the first episode and kinda really like it! Mamiko Noto is the perfect girl who’s secretly an otaku, this dude finds out (really easily btw, how did she hide it until then I have no clue) and now they share a secret and it’s totally romantic~
It’s kinda generic/dumb plot to be forgettable but cuteness and Mamiko Noto save it, and supposedly the romance goes somewhere, so that’s good. Will try to watch one ep per week as if it were airing right now. I clearly can’t marathon shows as well as I used to back in the day. (lol couple months ago) (busy? who knows!)
More seiichi cause it clearly is my favorite of this post.
So yes, halfway thru the fall season chart and four series already. I also downloaded Nyan Koi but didn’t watch, don’t want to bump the count to five ;_;
Oh also I didn’t make a summer season end post did I? Hmmm… Here, I’ll try to sum it up:
- Bakemonogatari <3 the streaming episodes can’t come soon enough
- GA subs where
- Kanamemo <3 it ended as expected, shame there wasn’t more Mika though.
- Princess Lover! it got pretty awful halfway thru and it was only downhill from there, finished it anyway orz
- Sora no Manimani subs where Koharubi, just one episode left SUBS FUCKING WHERE?
- Spice and Wolf II <3 Ended as expected too, just as enjoyable as season 1.
- Haruhi Season 2 – Say what you want, I liked it. Still not sure if it’s finished though, did they air Someday in the Rain already? And of course there’s the shroud of mystery RE: a Disappearance animation, will they ever do it? (probably not orz) (lol タイミング, it was just announced apparently, via ANN so dunno.)
Hmm I didn’t properly finish three of them… four if you count me rewatching the haruhi re-air (as I was doing) maybe that’s why I didn’t post about it?
