So about Ore no Imouto ga konna asdafa etc

Konna!

So like y’all knows about this light novel correctly? Made famous by being picked up by proto-ayako, Himatsubushi. Imagine Nogizaka Haruka’s Secret, now reverse pretty much all the roles while keeping the very basic premise the same. And add the sister aspect naturally.

Anyway yes it is a great novel (says me who only read 2 chapters haw), mostly because it is not the generic sister complex trope. (no matter how much I love said trope.)

OK now for the news: turns out there’s a manga and I didn’t know about it!

mangaaaa

How.

So how come she’s looks so loli on the cover, but she’s kinda hot inside the manga? That picture above? Totes dfc bro. She’s 14 years old, it’s anime/manga anatomy but yeeeah she’s cute. Maybe it’s one of those things they loop back.

But yes! Such is the NATURE of ADAPTATIONS.

Indeed, she is far from being the perfect traditional waifu, Even the yamato nadeshiko, the “traditional” ideal Japanese woman, has been set up today as a reply to modern, western femininity.

I’m saying that effectively, anime uses the criminal underground as its special space to reconstruct the lost ultra-traditional female.

setonohanayomeeeee

See I've only watched 3 episodes of Seto no Hanayome, but I know Sun is the quintessential traditional waifu from Yakuza family girl.

You catch my drift? My point is that fuck yeah anime, no scratch that, OTAKU CULTURE rules and stuff.
